Our Boston Butt is smoked low and slow for a full 24 hours at just 98°C, locking in maximum tenderness and deep, smoky richness. We use a carefully selected mix of hickory and applewood, creating a bold yet balanced flavor—smoky, slightly sweet, and irresistibly aromatic.
Each pork shoulder is hand-rubbed with our house blend of spices, including paprika, brown sugar, garlic, onion, black pepper, sea salt, mustard powder, cayenne, and a hint of thyme. The long smoke and low temperature allow the fat to render perfectly, resulting in juicy, pull-apart pork with a beautiful bark and deep smoke ring.

Orders will be delivered within 2-5 days, depending on the location. Products will be transported in a refrigerated truck packed in foam boxes with dry ice to ensure freshness.
