Really great stuff! I live alone and so keep the sausages in the freezer and bring one or two out in the evening to thaw for the next day. The delivery service was good and came to me up in the mountains on the wednesday after being sent on Monday. I’ll be ordering regularly in the future for sure!

Good and not so good.
Start with the positive. The both the bacons are superb. Taste and texture perfect. The fat rendered nicely during cooking. 5/5. Hickory bacon sausage again really good cooked nicely and good flavour 4.5/5. Texas hot sausage, slightly strange taste. Nice texture and cooked well. Actually far better next day cold. 4/5. Burgers, sorry but not good for me. Very very dry. Needed more fat in the mince. After cooking they fell apart. Flavour ok. 2/5.Yet to try the Chorizo. Will revert.

This is my first time to try Chef’s Sausage after I heard about them on Facebook. Ordering was easy, shipping from Chiang Mai to Hua Hin was fast. The product arrived well packaged and fully frozen. I enjoyed every item my first order of in the Chef’s Selection Box. I enjoyed every item in the box and just placed my second order today. 👍🏻👍🏻
