Pancetta affumicata marinata all'acero (confezione da 300/320 g)

Lasciatevi conquistare dal sapore eccezionale del nostro bacon affumicato marinato all'acero , preparato con precisione e cura. Ogni lotto inizia con pancetta di maiale di prima qualità, stagionata per ben 7 giorni per garantire che il perfetto equilibrio di sale, zucchero di canna e spezie penetri in profondità in ogni boccone.

Dopo la stagionatura, la pancetta di maiale viene marinata per 24 ore in puro sciroppo d'acero , zucchero di canna e senape di Digione, infondendole una delicata dolcezza che si sposa perfettamente con il ricco e saporito maiale. Infine, viene affumicata per ben 6 ore su legno di hickory americano , creando un aroma e un sapore audaci e affumicati che elevano questo bacon allo status di gourmet.

Il risultato è un bacon dolce, affumicato e irresistibilmente delizioso. Ogni confezione contiene 300-320 g di bacon tagliato alla perfezione e pronto da cucinare, perfetto per la colazione, da aggiungere alle ricette o da gustare da solo.

Incredible meat

I am just so happy this place exists in Chiang Mai. I’ve been searching for high quality meat for a while without wanting to spend an extortionate amount. I ordered a variety of different meats and everything has been DELICIOUS. The tasty sausages, crispy tasty bacon and fantastic HUGE meatballs. No gristle, excellent taste and the owner is so lovely and easy to communicate with. Also, as an added bonus, the hot sauce is also wonderful and spicy!

This place is well worth it. Once we get through our freezer full of meat we will be repurchasing regularly. 🙏🙏🙏

This maple syrup hickory wood smoked bacon is absolutely fantastic! I tried both the thick and thin cut, and they were equally delicious in their own ways. My daughter especially loves the thin cut extra crispy in her grilled cheese sandwich or just as a snack on its own. If you’re a bacon lover, this is a must-try. The flavor is outstanding. Highly recommended!
