Without doubt the best sausage I’ve found in my 9+ years in Thailand. The casing is perfect, not too thick. The filling is absolutely delicious and succulent with the distinctive herb flavor.
Authentic hot Italian taste. Made an Italian-American sausage-peppers-onions dish, typical of Philly-NYC style. Nice blend of spices.
