FROM MICHELIN KITCHENS TO YOUR TABLE
After more than 18 years working in 5-star hotels and Michelin-level kitchens across Europe and Asia, I made a decision to bring real artisanal butchery to Thailand.
Chef Sausage was created by Chef Luca, with one goal: to offer properly crafted sausages and bacon, made with the same standards used in professional kitchens, quality meat, correct techniques, and no shortcuts.
Because I believe everyone deserves to eat food that is clean, honest, and truly premium.

Once thawed, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 days.
