🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do Chef's sausages ship all over Thailand? Absolutely! We deliver our handcrafted products nationwide across Thailand using specialized freezer trucks. Only smaller and remote islands are excluded from our delivery coverage.
Will my products arrive cold/frozen in this heat? Orders travel frozen using temperature-controlled transport at approximately −15°C. Store products promptly on arrival.
How long will delivery take? • Chiang Mai: Same-day delivery available via Grab delivery (฿98; check availability at checkout) • Nationwide: 2-3 days depending on location • Standard Chiang Mai: 1-2 days via regular delivery Orders containing preorder items ship together when all items are ready.
What are the delivery fees? • Chiang Mai Same-Day: ฿98 via Grab • Nationwide Flat Rate: ฿199 in standard areas; free shipping from ฿1,249 in standard areas. Remote, island and special-delivery rates and thresholds differ. • No minimum order required – the more you buy, the better value your shipping becomes
Do you use dry ice for shipping? We use frozen temperature-controlled transport at approximately −15°C.
📦 Product Storage & Handling
Can I place my order in the freezer once received? Absolutely! All our products are freezer-friendly and designed for long-term storage. Simply place them in your freezer upon arrival to maintain optimal freshness.
How long do your products stay fresh? • Refrigerated: 3-5 days after thawing • Frozen: Up to 6 months when properly stored • Vacuum-sealed products: Extended shelf life as indicated on packaging
How should I thaw your products? For best results, thaw products in the refrigerator overnight. For quicker thawing, place in cold water. Never thaw at room temperature for food safety.
💳 Payment & Ordering
What payment methods do you accept? • QR Code Payments: Instant payment via mobile banking • Bank Transfer: Direct transfer with order confirmation • Cash on Delivery: Available where offered at checkout. Payment options are shown before you place your order.
Is there a minimum order requirement? No minimum order required! Order as little or as much as you need. However, larger orders provide better shipping value.
Do you offer discounts? Use WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order when you spend ฿1,666 or more. Selected products excluded. The minimum applies to eligible merchandise before this discount; delivery charges and excluded products do not count. New customers only, one use per customer, and no discount stacking. Chef Favorites, Family Freezer, Pit Master and selected other discounted boxes/bundles are excluded. Below the minimum, the code cannot be applied. Standard free delivery remains ฿1,249 after discounts; island, remote-area and special-delivery rates differ.

Where can I find ingredient information? Ingredients vary by product, and some products use curing ingredients. Check the individual product description and packaging, or contact us before ordering if you have specific dietary needs.
Who makes your products? Every product is personally handcrafted by Chef Luca (Chef L.), our Italian Michelin-trained chef with over 17 years of culinary expertise and recognition in the Michelin Guide Thailand since 2022.

Do you have spicy options? Yes! From our medium-heat Spicy Italian Sausage with Thai chilies to our extreme Devil's Sauce featuring Ghost Pepper and Carolina Reaper – we have heat levels for every preference.

What if my order arrives damaged? We offer a full refund for any products that arrive damaged or not in good condition. Simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll process your refund immediately.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries? We respond to all customer service inquiries within 24 hours and process refunds within 2-3 business days.

What's the best way to cook your sausages? • Grilling: 4-5 minutes per side for perfect char • Pan-frying: Medium heat with minimal oil • Baking: 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes • Boiling: Simmer in beer for authentic German style

Can I freeze cooked products? Yes, cooked products can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
