Questions before we start?

Can I resell your products in my shop?

Yes, enquire about stocking existing Chef’s Sausages branded packs. We’ll discuss your customer fit, storage, starter assortment, quantities and wholesale quotation.

Can I sell products under my own brand?

We welcome white-label and private-label enquiries. Tell us whether you want to explore an existing product under your own label or a tailored recipe. Production, packaging, labelling, documentation, minimum batch, price and lead time must be reviewed and agreed for each project.

Can you supply larger quantities or different pack sizes?

Tell us your expected order quantity and reorder needs. We’ll review availability and case quantities using current sealed packs. Larger kitchen packs or new formats require a separate feasibility review and confirmed quotation.

What are the minimum order and payment terms?

Opening orders, reorders, custom batches and payment terms are quoted according to your product mix and requirements, then confirmed in writing before you order.

Can we try a sample?

Small complimentary sausage or burger samples can be arranged for businesses interested in a wholesale partnership. Product selection, availability, delivery and receiving arrangements are agreed first. Custom product development is reviewed separately.

Where do you deliver?

Share your city, postcode and receiving arrangements. Delivery coverage, freight and timing for your business order are confirmed in the quotation.

What storage and product information will we need?

Request the current product specification and follow the instructions supplied with each pack. Confirm suitable storage before ordering. For own-label projects, product information and labelling requirements are part of the review.

Does becoming a partner include exclusivity?

No territory or exclusivity is included in a standard enquiry or quotation. Any such arrangement needs separate discussion and written approval.
