Great merguez and excellent customer service. I requested them fresh (they were freshly made), not frozen, and packed by 6 instead of 5 (3 people 2 sausages each per meal) and they did exactly that. Also quick delivery the same day by Grab since I'm in Chiang Mai. This is now my place for merguez, local (not ordering from BKK anymore), excellent service and very good quality products

I'm really liking the packs of sausages I ordered. It reminds me of home when I can bite into one and get to enjoy that "snap" you get from the all natural casings that are used. After that, I loved the great bite/texture of the meaty fillings with perfect grind size so you know you're eating real meat, and not some mushy mixture. The flavors then hit, and were so delicious, and not overpowering, so I could still taste the meat. I'll be ordering again!
Oh, and the thick cut smoked bacon is fantastic too, everything so good 👍

I have tried all types of Chef's Sausages I cannot separate a winner I like them all . If I was forced to make a choice Classic Italian maybe , my wife says Texas Hot Links are her favorite, whilst my 9 year old grandson is a fan of Bratwurst. Once you try these Sausages you will never buy big store brands again. I am 800 kilometers from Chef's Sausages but my orders arrive frozen solid by Inter Transport .

Better than even the great Sausages in America...

This is my 2nd order since hearing about Chefs Sausage in Chiang Mai. This is the best sausage I ever had and we have great sausage in America. I really like the Italian Sausage, Pork Twist, Siscilian and Krasekaner, I give all an easy 5 stars.
