Without doubt the best sausage I’ve found in my 9+ years in Thailand. The casing is perfect, not too thick. The filling is absolutely delicious and succulent with the distinctive herb flavor.
Authentic hot Italian taste. Made an Italian-American sausage-peppers-onions dish, typical of Philly-NYC style. Nice blend of spices.

My least favorite out of the 3 types I bought even though I liked them all. It is good quality meat but something is missing, maybe an herb? I'd try to put some grounded fennel seeds and see the result.
The lamb merguez sausages were my favourite... Absolute bangers!
The spicy Italian sausages were great even if I was surprised by the taste. I only ate those in the US and they had herbs in it (Johnsonville).

I could not wait to try the boerewors . In my childhood ,my parents ordered a quarter of a pig, or sometimes a cow ,that be raised with natural food by their family farmers....I wanted to know if the memory of that pure meat would come back....it really did!
Great bacon. I prefer to cut my own thickness. The whole slab is smoky and trimmed professionally. All of Chef Luca's products are fantastic. Good luck Chef.

These sausages are fantastic — great flavour, just the right amount of spice and heat. They look amazing, taste even better, and cooking them in the oven makes the whole house smell incredible.
