Really great stuff! I live alone and so keep the sausages in the freezer and bring one or two out in the evening to thaw for the next day. The delivery service was good and came to me up in the mountains on the wednesday after being sent on Monday. I’ll be ordering regularly in the future for sure!
Good maple and bacon flavor to the sausage I like the Texas hot links and spicy Italian sausage better

Start with the positive. The both the bacons are superb. Taste and texture perfect. The fat rendered nicely during cooking. 5/5. Hickory bacon sausage again really good cooked nicely and good flavour 4.5/5. Texas hot sausage, slightly strange taste. Nice texture and cooked well. Actually far better next day cold. 4/5. Burgers, sorry but not good for me. Very very dry. Needed more fat in the mince. After cooking they fell apart. Flavour ok. 2/5.Yet to try the Chorizo. Will revert.

It tasted fine and fresh, B UT, it did not have the nice fennel flavor I am used to in most other Italian Style sausages. I won't be buying this particular flavor sausage but will be trying and repeating other flavors/styles. Keep up what you're doing. Can't please everyone's taste and that's ok so long as you keep using premium fresh ingredients! Cheers, B
The spicy Italian sausage is excellent on the bbq, just the right amount of heat, and the spice blend used is spot on! highly recommended...and BTW, I have tried the Sicillian, Texas, Pork Twist and Jimmy Dean sausages as well, and can recommend all of them!

The sausages arrived frozen, well packaged and labelled with full ingredients content. I have cooked them on the BBQ and also in a frying pan (with minimal oil), each time over a medium heat.Cooking this way allows for a lovely colour on the skin and ensures that the3 sausage is fully cooked. Now the best bit, eating it :-) The sausages have a great aroma as it is cut open, the taste of the herbs hit the taste buds immediately. Not overpowering but unmistakable in announcing their presence. The sausage is not greasy and the texture is nice and firm, which suits my preference. Bite after bite it delivered texture and flavour.
