What’s in your Grand Feast
- Maple & Brown Sugar Glazed Smoked Pork Loin: 2 pieces, approximately 850–950g each; 1.7–1.9kg combined finished weight, with maple glaze packed separately.
- Apple, Sage & Cranberry Pork Sausages: 2 × 500g packs.
- Cranberry & Maple Baby BBQ Ribs: 2 × 750g packs.
- Pork, Sage & Onion Stuffing Balls: 2 × 400g packs; 16 × 50g balls.
- Bacon & Cheddar Mashed Potatoes: 4 × 500g trays.
- Homemade Cranberry Sauce: 2 × 200g packs.
Approximate total packed food weight: 7.4–7.6kg. Weight includes rib bones and raw products before cooking. The pork loins’ actual finished weights may vary.
From your freezer to the Thanksgiving table
- Cook thoroughly: the sausages, stuffing balls and cranberry-maple ribs are supplied raw and frozen. The ribs are marinated, not smoked or precooked. Follow the validated cooking instructions for each item; the ribs suit oven roasting or barbecuing, and the stuffing balls suit oven or air-fryer cooking.
- Reheat and glaze: the pork loin is fully cooked and smoked. Thaw in the refrigerator and follow the validated reheating instructions. Reheat in the sealed bag using hot water only if the packaging is certified for this purpose; then remove the bag, apply the glaze and briefly finish in the oven.
- Reheat: the mashed potatoes are fully cooked, supplied frozen in microwave-safe trays. Follow the validated microwave instructions for each 500g tray. Oven use has not been confirmed.
- Thaw and serve: defrost the cranberry sauce in the refrigerator, stir gently and serve.
