Thank you Chef Luca for a very delicious Cumberland Sausage. I prepared mine in an air fryer and had it with some hot English mustard. It was like a flavour bomb in my mouth. Really good. Great flavours. I like to set you a challenge, Chef. Can you produce a German Bockwurst, I have searched all over Thailand. A good one does not exist here. I look for taste, juiciness and the real "knack" when you bite in to it. Not a grill sausage but to be "cooked" so it will retain its juiciness. Are you up for it? I have tried many of your other sausages and I appreciate the quality and the taste of them all. Really good stuff. I'll come back for more and look forward to the Bockwurst. Keep cooking, Chef Luca.
